I am a girl and I have problems with my husband and we are in the final stage of our divorce. It's about 2 years that I am living in my father's house and he is also living in his father's house, we have not had any marital relationship and we don't even speak except in court. After the divorce is issued do, I still need to observe a waiting period (ʿddah) or can I immediately remarry?
