But if it is obtained from Najis (impure) animals, its use is prohibited because there is no certainty of its Isti\u1e25alah (transformation) and it is also not permissible to eat products which contain materials from un-Islamically slaughtered animals. However, if there is a doubt about it being herbaceous, fauna or impure, it is ruled as Tahir and it is also not obligatory for the Mukallaf to inquire about it and one can use the product unless one is aware of it being made of a Najis animal.
