Istifta'at

It has been about 9 years since I got married and I have not become pregnant. After visiting health centers, I found out that I can become pregnant by means of artificial fertilization. I should also mention that we live in Australia. There are two health centers with different conditions. We chose a health center based on financial terms so that it would be economic for us and at the same time paying attention to the ovum and sperm that must kept aside for a specific period of time till fertilization occurs, this was the only center that conformed with our preferences. But the things that bothers me is that all the doctors in this center are men and they will see the private part at the time of extracting the ovum as well as when placing the semen into the womb. Aside from this at the time of obtaining my husband’s sperm he has to do it alone himself, in our religion this act is known as masturbation and is completely prohibited. But is it permissible in this specific instance? If it is possible please guide me otherwise, I will be tormented by my conscience due to my exposure before the doctors and the act of obtaining sperm.

If it is necessary and there is no other center that will have female doctors, there is no objection. And if it possible the husband's sperm should be taken using the hand of his spouse, if not and this is necessary there is no objection.
