Istifta'at

If a theater movie that must be bought is released online (knowing that the owner does not approve and that he is aware that this is being done) is watching such a movie permissible? Is the person who downloads this type of movie and distributes it among all his family members, liable for copyright or is the person that downloaded the movie only liable? Who will be charged with copyright?

The sin of this act is on the neck of the person that broke the lock and accessed that movie and made the copy available to others.
