Visibility of the new crescent moon for Dhu al-Hijjah 1441 AH

The office of Ayatollah Sayed Kamal al-Haydari announces that Wednesday, 22nd of July will be first of Dhu al-ḥijjah 1441 AH.
This announcement is made based on Ayatollah Haydari’s jurisprudential view that accepts accurate scientific and astronomic calculations. These calculations show that the Geocentric New Moon (الاقتران المركزي) will occur on Monday, 20th July 2020 at 17:33 GST.
As visible in the picture, moon sighting with a naked eye will be possible on the evening of 21st of July 2020 in all Islamic and Arabic countries and naturally in other areas as well.
