Kuliyyāt Fiqh al-Makāsib al-Muharrama
This book is a discourse on the Fiqh al-Makāsib of Shaykh Ansari with corrections, editing and supplementary commentary, written by Dr. Talāl al-Hasan.
The author, apart from explaining Ayatollah Haydari’s opinion has also presented his jurisprudential and Ijtihadi institutes in three levels (Sat’h ‘āli, Dars al-Khārij and Jurisprudential methodology) in order to allow students and researchers to get familiar with Ayatollah Haydari’s jurisprudential institutes.
