Kurr water remains Tahir unless one of its qualities - color, smell and taste - change even if Nijasah falls into it and it does not change, it is still Tahir. Water from a tanker is Kathir (large amount) and considered as running water and does not become Najis upon contact with Nijasah unless its qualities change. The remaining water in a place that has been made pure is also Tahir (pure).
